As Chief Globalization Officer, Jeff also pioneered VanceInfo’s global reach in the US, Japan and Europe.

Before joining VanceInfo, Jeff has decades long industry experience in the US serving Novell/Cambridge Technology Partners, HP/EDS, Chordiant and Ariba in various leading roles of product development, professional services and business line management. A frequent speaker at various international forums, Jeff received his Master's degree in Computer Science from University of Southern California and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tongji University.
