Jessica's background comprises film, television and animation. Jessica previously worked at Emdigo located in Silicon Valley. She was responsible for the local operation of the China Team, project management on art production, bilingual communication with U.S. team on requirements, guidelines, feedback, and timelines, ensured successful delivery of products. Guide and coached the China artistic team to follow the highest professional standards in art production. After taking over the local management responsibilities, she continued to foster the Emdigo professional culture, retained and recruited top talent to the China team.

Jessica has worked at some of China’s top media firms - at Beijing TV as Editor and Producer, where she supervised the production of many popular TV programs. She then worked at CCTV as a Marketing Manager where she was responsible for promoting famous CCTV programs and brands.

Jessica is now X Media Lab’s China General Manager creating business opportunities between XML’s international and China partners.
